Our kitchen and cross-contact

Our kitchen handles many common allergens. Cross-contact cannot be completely avoided, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free meal. For your safety, we are unable to accept orders requiring food to be completely allergen-free. Removing an ingredient does not necessarily make a dish suitable for someone with an allergy.

The 14 regulated allergens

These are celery; cereals containing gluten (including wheat, rye, barley and oats); crustaceans; eggs; fish; lupin; milk; molluscs; mustard; peanuts; sesame; soya; sulphur dioxide and sulphites above 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/litre; and tree nuts.

This is a reference list, not an allergen declaration for every dish. Allergen content varies by dish, sauce and extra.
